Close deal with buyer / tenant.
Find your ideal property using our search bar filters or map.
Select interested listings and book viewing appointment to see the property.
*Viewing appointment confirmations or reschedules will be responded within 24 hours. You can rebook appointment if seller does not respond within 24 hours
Arrive at appointment location and discover the property. Pay booking deposit to owner / agent / company if purchase / rent is agreed.

Continue shopping on JomHouse and repeat the process until you find ideal home.
